Services
VisibleWeb provides web design, SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, social media management and Google Ads services. The specific scope of services for each client is agreed upon in writing before work commences.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed individually for each project. For ongoing monthly services, payment is due at the start of each month. For one-off projects such as website builds, a deposit is required before work begins with the balance due upon completion.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their business, timely feedback on deliverables, and any content, images or assets required for their project. Delays caused by late client response may affect project timelines.
Results and guarantees
While we have a strong track record of achieving page 1 rankings for our clients, SEO results cannot be guaranteed as search engines are controlled by third parties. We commit to applying best practices and transparent reporting, not to specific ranking positions.
Cancellation
Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. We do not lock clients into long-term contracts. Any work completed and delivered before cancellation remains the property of the client upon full payment.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients own all website code, designs and content created specifically for them. VisibleWeb retains the right to show completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
VisibleWeb's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost profits, lost business or loss of data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
